ADDICTION CARE
FOR YOUNG MEN

A PROGRAM SPECIALIZING IN MEN AGES 18-35

THE NEW FRONTIER OF ADDICTION RECOVERY

As a man growing up in this world, the times are unlike anything ever experienced before. Navigating this beautiful life you are living requires finding new ways of coping that previous generations never had to deal with. You are the frontiers of this new, advanced age on this planet. With that being said, there has been an increase in trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction amongst you and your fellow men. The advances of technology have also led to more isolation, less physical activity, decreased energy levels, and pressure to be a “Manly Man.”. Adding these elements into an already stressful situation can cause drastic and unwanted outcomes. With the easy access to substances and public acceptance of getting high in mainstream media, it’s no wonder drug use is becoming more and more prevalent with young men.

1-on-1

MASTER YOUR WORLD

WITH 1 ON 1 THERAPY

To put addiction behind you for good, you must learn how you work. To truly master your world, you have to master your mind first. Tree House Recover’s One on One therapy is designed to teach you all about you, and put you in the driver seat of your recovery. We don’t believe in the old school methods of handing you worksheets to fill out. What is needed for you to succeed is much more than that, and it requires you in the driver seat. You will learn how your thoughts and brain functions work. With this clear understanding, you will then begin to learn why and how addiction began in your life. This is the foundation to building your new life. Your One on One counselor will then teach you the most up to date, science backed tools to regain control of your thinking, behaviors, and emotions. While in treatment, you will be given opportunities to practice these new tools, and then come into your one on one session to discuss how they worked, and how you can alter the tools for your unique mind to fully master each piece of information you have learned. You will become a mental warrior, no longer afraid of any situation that may arise. Getting you sober is Tree House’s first step. We will teach you life tools that will go far beyond your recovery process, leading you into a life that you are excited to wake up to and live everyday.

BECOME EMPOWERED

WITH ACTION BASED INDUCTION THERAPY

When you begin treatment at Tree house Recovery, you start your day getting physically active in our team based modality, ABIT. The therapeutic values of this treatment highlight the functions of the prefrontal cortex of your brain. Through different exercises you learn and master communication, teamwork, leadership, decision making, stress management, and forward thinking skills. Because ABITexercises force the logic center of the brain to be engaged, you begin to instantly feel the improvements in your days following each session. You start to feel more confident, more aware, and more socially connected. These foundational elements build up to give you a feeling of pure empowerment. The accomplishments of Navy SEAL style workouts with your team show you how strong you really are, mentally and physically. Not only do you feel accomplished and ready to handle anything life throws at you, you gain essential leadership skills. Taking this new skill set back into everyday life gives you an advantage in shaping the outcome for the rest of your life. You begin to be the person you want to be, not the person you think society wants you to be. You will no longer second guess yourself, you will know what you want out of life and exactly what it takes to get there. You will become an empowered man, leading the way for the rest of your fellow men.
