As a survivor of three combat tours as a US Military Intelligence specialist in Asia, a long roller coaster ride with PTSD symptoms, a bad marriage, and personal struggles with addiction, George Coleman is a staff member that men can connect with and relate to on a wide variety of levels. George is the creator of the Writing Therapy Program at Tree House Recovery and personally guides and directs clients with Tricare through every stage of the program. While building an unblemished history of being clean and sober for over 30 years, George has mentored and advised hundreds of young men and women seeking to understand and embrace their individual journeys.

Ryan is a former Division 1 College athlete who earned All American Honors as a football player and as a wrestler. His promising athletic career was cut short due to a spinal condition. This spinal condition, along with repeated TBI’s (Traumatic Brain Injuries) suffered while playing football, provided Ryan with a new “life path.” After years of dedication to a personal program of self-improvement and the creation of a solid foundation in sobriety, Ryan now utilizes his personal experiences, his background in athletics and his education in Sociology to help and guide others on their journeys.
