What is Process Group?

Process Group is a daily treatment element that allows our cleints to remove the “lonely and selfish” mindset and replace it with a powerful sense of belonging, community and care for self and others. Process Group is conducted in a group setting with treatment peers and is mediated by therapists from our other modalities. By sharing their experience and knowledge with each other, clients are able to help and connect with their peers in a meaningful, lasting way. The process also leads to personal growth, conflict resolution skills, and a strong sense of community.

Why Process Group to Treat Addiction?

Process Groups is designed to expose our clients to other voices by providing a safe and comfortable environment where men — under the careful guidance of our Group Counselors, listen and learn from the voices of others… others who have been on the same journey as they have.

“Tree House is a family. All current, past and future members are my brothers. I know I can call on them whenever I need.” – Dave T., Graduate
